We strive for 100% satisfaction and will work with our customers to achieve this, however please note that all purchases except our clothing pieces are final sale. Please understand that we are a small business and most of our pieces are made once an order is placed. As our pieces are crafted in studio, they cannot be un-sewn, uncut, or unmade and cannot be returned unless defective. We hope you understand. We have provided lots of details in our item descriptions that you might need prior to placing your order. If you have questions about size or fit please contact us at courtney@signedbydahliah.com prior to making a purchase. We will guide you to the correct size. Questions or feedback are also welcome!

If there are any problems upon delivery, please email us at info@signedbydahliah.com within 4 - 5 days of receiving your order so we can help to replace or correct your order. Our clothing items, except for our sample garments, may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order however please note that our pieces are made in small quantities and therefore if the size is not available we will give you a store credit. We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. An exchange or refund will be made as soon as we receive the item back. Please be aware that any shipping costs as well as international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for any shipments. Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs, customs and import taxes that may apply as well. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. It is recommended to track your package back to us as we will not be responsible for any packages that are lost.

Please order keeping in mind that sometimes postage may be delayed due to forces outside of our control. We will not give a refund if the item arrives late due to shipping.
